Looking forward to our time at Harbor Baptist Church in Ormond Beach once again! We will be there for their morning services at 8:15 AM and 10:30 AM, and will present a full concert in the evening at 6 PM.
Such a whirlwind of a Christmas season! From ringing the bells at the outdoor Harwinton Hometown Celebration, to bringing Christmas cheer to folks at nursing homes, to our grand finale concerts at Nelson Hall with the whole family together – it was a full December.
Our Christmas concert season is underway, and we started it out on December 1st with a fun time at the Harwinton Hometown Christmas Celebration. There’s just something special about bells at Christmastime, and it’s extra fun in a festive semi-outdoor event! And then finish off the day with some Christmas fireworks! “And the angel said
We’re Patriots. No, we’re not part of the NFL team, the Patriots. We’re not even die-hard Patriots fans. This week we recognized Patriot Day on September 11th. We just returned from a fun, refreshing, relaxing and encouraging time in Florida! It was a relatively quick trip, but we made the most out of it. We were sad that Kathryn and Joel weren’t able to come with us, but were so glad that Matthew and N’gella were able to fly down and meet

They joined us at church for morning service and lunch to follow. In the evening we had a concert at Harvest Baptist Church in New Hartford, CT. James Staddon has
Our homeschool orchestra recently closed out another wonderful season with two concerts. Kathryn Dr. Finney requested two Bennett accordions to accent the haunting oboe and flute melodies in two of Erik Satie’s Gymnopedies. Susanna and Julianna then transported us to a French cafe with a charming duet of Souviens-Toi de L’Auvergne. Our small but resilient
We enjoyed our visit to the beautiful province of Quebec to spend time with Grandmaman and also minister at L’Eglise Baptiste de la Beauce. Unfortunately we forgot to take any pictures of our concert, but we did get lots of other pictures through the week. 🙂 It has become a tradition to get a picture
We headed down to Lakeland, FL, following our stay in Ormond Beach, and spent time with friends there. The generosity and hospitality that we received was such a blessing! Kathryn, Carolyn, Susanna Photographer selfie! 🙂 Daniel Because of the drought they are experiencing, this sign isn’t really needed currently… 🙂 It’s always fun to see
