It’s hard to believe it’s 2019 already! We were thrilled to have Daniel home for Christmas break – we had a great week together as a family! Christmas Day found us playing our now-traditional football game after opening presents in the morning. Matthew, N’gella & Susanna battled against Carolyn, Lydia and Daniel with Jonathan as automatic QB – and they prevailed in the end.

Then, during the following week, we made our gingerbread village. This year, we decided to go urban and built “Gingeropolis”.

It took Susanna 45 minutes to put all those windows on the office building!A storefront – with a church, rescue mission and café.And, of course, no city would be complete without a dilapidated warehouse and trash can.Several of us went for a nice walk on New Years Day at a local bike trail.Can you tell we love Cheshire? The hoodies made great Christmas presents!
